1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and hi668 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing hi668.app, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

hi668 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on hi668, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hi668 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request age verification documents where necessary.
• You must be a natural person (individual), not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting as a player.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local regulations before registering.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or terminated by hi668 for violations of these Terms or any applicable platform policy.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

hi668 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals or bonus payouts. Users who cannot satisfy verification requirements may have their account restricted. hi668 takes its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations seriously and cooperates with any lawful requests for information.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on hi668 at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of any balances held within them.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

hi668 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard for Bangladesh players. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not charge any platform-side fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet or card provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 across all payment methods. No maximum deposit cap applies to standard accounts.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML requirement.
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements (rollover) cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. The applicable rollover multiplier is displayed in the bonus terms at the time of acceptance.
• All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in BDT. hi668 does not process transactions in foreign currencies through standard payment methods.

5Bonuses and Promotions

hi668 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly overridden by the specific offer terms:

1. Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically or upon request, as specified in the individual offer.
2. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. The rollover multiplier ranges from 5x to 30x the bonus amount depending on promotion type, and is stated in the individual offer terms.
3. Bonuses may only be used on the game categories and markets specified in the individual offer. Where not specified, bonuses apply to all available games and betting markets on hi668.
4. hi668 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, provided that any modification does not retroactively increase wagering requirements already accrued on an active bonus.
5. Only one welcome bonus is available per eligible player. hi668 may use technical measures including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to identify and prevent bonus abuse.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on hi668 are subject to the platform's betting rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that bet type and market. The following general conditions apply:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed. Verify all bet details carefully before confirming.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction resulting in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or on an unavailable market, hi668 reserves the right to void such bets and refund the stake to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, market type, and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• hi668 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline bets from any player at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, where the platform suspects match-fixing, fraud, or any form of betting manipulation.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on hi668 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on hi668, whether for personal benefit, to exploit bonuses, or for any other purpose.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner, including but not limited to automated betting systems.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or using hi668 as a vehicle to transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate game outcomes, or defraud hi668 or other users.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with hi668's support team.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors in the platform's systems to gain credits, winnings, or any form of unintended advantage.

hi668 actively monitors platform activity to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, hi668 will void associated bets or transactions, forfeit balances connected to the prohibited activity, and report the matter to appropriate authorities where required by law.

8Account Suspension and Termination

hi668 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds include but are not limited to: confirmed prohibited conduct, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, suspected fraud or money laundering, and chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against hi668.

Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days. Where termination follows confirmed prohibited conduct, hi668 reserves the right to withhold the entire balance.

9Intellectual Property

All content on hi668 — including website design, logo, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hi668 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from hi668 without prior written consent from hi668. Unauthorized use of hi668's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hi668 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or temporary unavailability of the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unforeseeable technical issues, or factors beyond hi668's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's decision to place a particular bet or wager, irrespective of the information or tools available on the platform at the time.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials, devices, or personal information.

11Privacy and Data Protection

hi668 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at hi668.app/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using hi668, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hi668 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention providers strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.

12Responsible Gaming

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
